The Committee on Economic Policy recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to Clause 23 of the Law "On Joint-Stock Companies" (regarding Issue of Shares)

The bill (Reg. No.7509) amends the effective Law, which enables paying up of shares in case they are distributed in the form of the state bonds of Ukraine to the extent permitted by the applicable law.

Implementation of the bill will harmonize this document with clause 75 of the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine" in the part of internal national bond issue at the rate UAH 7,4 billion with the further state purchase in exchange for the additional shares of the National Joint-Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine.
